2026 marks Styles on Broadway’s 35-year anniversary, and what a journey it has been!
Over the past three and a half decades, we’ve grown from a four-chair booth rental salon into three commission-based locations, complete with spas and nearly 100 incredible employees. Today, I’m grateful to be continuing to build this company alongside my two sons, Brock and Kaleb, and our partner Jessica, as we continue reaching for even greater heights together.

When I look back over the last 35 years, I can honestly say that in my wildest dreams, I never imagined SOB would become what it is today — or that my boys would be following in my footsteps. I always knew I wanted to leave a legacy for them but never believed it would be as their careers.
Our flagship salon alone has seen five big renovations over the years. We added a spa upstairs, expanded into the building next door, and even grew up and out. None of it would have been possible without the patience and support of our guests — from getting their hair done while wearing earplugs during construction, walking around ladders and even coming to see us at my mom’s salon when we were going to be closed two weeks that turned into six! Although it's been amazing see the physical growth with our buildings and locations the real heart of SOB will always be our team. The real renovations especially in my early years was my mindset for our people because my true vision and passion for SOB is to grow people and to help them make the dreams they never imagine possible come true.
One of my favorite things today is seeing clients come in who have been with us for all 35 years, or even most of those years, and reminiscing together about how the salon used to look and all the changes we've had along the way. Even laughing at some of my mess ups, and there have been plenty. Your continued trust means everything to me, and I'm honored to have shared so many chapters of life with you. It's always so wonderful to have clients that come back to us and say they missed Styles on Broadway and that no one does what we do. It makes me feel proud that what we do truly makes a difference.
While our buildings have changed and our culture has evolved, one thing has remained constant: our commitment to serving our guests with passion, care, and excellence. I am incredibly proud of where we are today and the community we’ve built together.
Cheers to 35 years — and to many more years of serving you.
Yours in gratitude,
