APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes things come up and you are unable to make your appointments, in the event that this occurs we ask that you try to provide at least 24 hours notice as a courtesy to our stylists. Clients who fail to show up for two appointments without notice will be required to provide a 20% non-refundable deposit for any future bookings.
SERVICE FEES
Due to the impact of rising costs and shortages on our family owned business, each appointment ticket will be assessed a service fee ($3 for tickets under $100 and $5 for those over $100).
This fee goes towards directly offering the best support and resources to our amazing service providers, and towards allowing our whole team to continue offering you the best experience possible.
