APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

We understand that sometimes things come up and you are unable to make your appointments, in the event that this occurs we ask that you try to provide at least 24 hours notice as a courtesy to our stylists. Clients who fail to show up for two appointments without notice will be required to provide a 20% non-refundable deposit for any future bookings.

INFORMATION COLLECTION

When you register with us as a client, complete a purchase at our salonspas, or schedule an appointment through our online portal, we must collect personal information in order to process these transactions and successfully communicate with you. By initiating these tasks, we assume that you consent to us collecting it to provide you with services at Styles on Broadway. In addition, upon registration, when asked to provide us with a mobile phone number, Styles on Broadway will consider you as "opted-in" to receive texts about appointments as well as those for marketing purposes unless you select to opt-out on the form (This includes information about sales, promotions, events, and new products and services). You may opt-out at the time of registration by checking "opt-out" on the form or by informing a member of our guest care team.

Additionally, if you are receiving text marketing communications and wish to opt-out at any time, text STOP to any of our marketing text messages.
